Hosting for the holidays begins with a great selection of wines. Luckily for our customers, we have a wide assortment, from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon to Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and so much more! Since November 7^th is International Merlot Day and marks a special day for wine, we want to celebrate all month long with some amazing merlots from around the world!

First up is our Cru International Chile Merlot Style, a smooth and rich wine with notes of blackberry and currants. A hint of green olive in the bouquet is pleasantly surprising and delightful. This merlot is an easy sipping wine that is delicious on its own or when paired with mustard glazed pork chops or chicken-pesto pasta.

Our Cru Select France Style Merlot has impressive aromas of farm fresh strawberries, violets and vanilla framed with soft silky tannins. With powerful notes of ripe raspberries, cherries and dark fruit on the palate, it’s a true French classic that pairs perfectly with grilled lambchops, veal or baked Portobello mushrooms.

Another great merlot is our En Primeur Winery Series Chile Merlot, a classic wine with a rich aromatic bouquet of fresh red cherries, toasted oak and herbs. With expressive flavors of dark ripe plums, berries and silky tannins on the palate, this red pairs superbly with grilled beef or Caesar salad and meatballs.
