Ingredients:
1 bottle (330–355 mL) Mexican lager, chilled
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 oz tequila blanco
2 oz grapefruit soda (such as Fresca or grapefruit sparkling water)
Ice
Coarse salt or Tajín for the rim
Grapefruit wedge and lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rim a tall glass with lime and dip in salt or Tajín.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and tequila.
4. Top with the Mexican beer.
5. Finish with the grapefruit soda and gently stir.
6. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and lime wheel.
**For a slightly sweeter version, add ½ oz simple syrup or use a sweeter grapefruit soda. For a lighter patio version, skip the tequila and simply use more beer and grapefruit soda.
