Get fancy with your beer this summer with this Michelada beer cocktail! πΊπΆοΈπ
INGREDIENTS
355 mL Coopers Mexican Cerveza Beer
Ice cubes
1/4 cup Clamato juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp brine from jarred hot peppers (your choice)
1 tbsp hot sauce (or to taste)
GARNISH
Lime wedges
2-1/4 tsp TajΓn seasoning, divided
DIRECTIONS
1. Use lime wedge to rim 2 medium glasses. Add 2 tsp of Tajin seasoning onto a plate and coat the lime rimmed glasses.
2. Add Ice to both glasses and set aside.
3. In a shaker, fill halfway with ice then add Clamato, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, Hot pepper brine, hot sauce and remaining TajΓn.
4. Shake until well blended and chilled
5. Once blended and chilled add your Coopers Mexican Cerveza Beer and gently stir together.
6. Strain mixture into glasses and garnish with lime wedge and the hot pepper of your choosing
