Utilizing old style winemaking techniques, our Aurora urban winery develops complex and flavourful wines, but just like in Napa, we ferment in stainless steel tanks and offer aging in real oak barrels. Reds are fermented with actual grape skins freshly pressed producing rich , charismatic wines. Artful labels make for a professional finished product.
